高中英語中有四種體裁：
1、narration記敘文：
記敘文是以記人、敘事、寫景、狀物為主，以寫人物的經歷和事物發展變化為主要內容的一種文體形式。
2、argumentation議論文：
議論文，又叫說理文，是一種剖析事物論述事理、發表意見、提出主張的文體。
作者通過擺事實、講道理、辨是非等方法，來確定其觀點正確或錯誤，樹立或否定某種主張。
議論文應該觀點明確、論據充分、語言精煉、論證合理、有嚴密的邏輯性。
3、exposition應用文：
應用文是人類在長期的社會實踐活動中形成的一種文體，是國家機關、政黨、社會團體、企業事業單位在日常工作、生活中處理各種事物時，經常使用的具有明道、交際、信守和約定成俗的慣用格式文體。
4、description說明文：
說明文是一種以說明為主要表達方式的文章體裁。
它通過對實體事物科學地解說，對客觀事物做出說明或對抽象事理的闡釋，使人們對事物的形態、構造、性質、種類、成因、功能、關系或對事理的概念、特點、來源、演變、異同等能有科學的認識，從而獲得有關的知識。
我的建議:
1.一定要把想寫的事兒想明白了,搞清楚"時間地點人物起因經過結果".
2.選擇你認為最重要的,或者你最想表現的,作為主要內容,其他的素材備用.
3.打草稿. 有很多人認為打草稿很浪費時間,其實恰恰相反! 正式寫之前一定要用草稿幫助你梳理思路.
要按照正確的順序把事件描述清楚,事件之間注意使用合適的過渡詞匯(then,and,also,however等等) 最后,沒人會單純得想記敘一件事, 凡是記敘文都會有點兒有感而發的東西,在文章結尾加上幾句點題的話,可以使整篇文章加分.
4.正式落筆. 在草稿的基礎上,正式落筆的時候應該更加注重語法(時態和搭配等等),避免小錯誤.
沒有充分的練習,再多的技巧也沒有,自己找幾篇作文寫寫,然后對照范文,比較比較,體會體會,自己理解得更加深刻.希望能幫到您.

When Spring Festival comes, a lot of young people will go back to their hometown and spend the time to stay with their families. I had neve rode a bike before I went to high school. I had always thought that I would never need to ride a bike. It was the first time I had rode a bike. First, I fell off to the ground, I cried.
